The RSPL Magazine published an article by Alexey Nikitin "Restitution model of termination of a lease agreement"

A new look at the scenario of termination of a lease agreement: not acceleration of debt as in a loan with collateral, with which redemption leasing is usually compared, but restitution is the return by the parties of everything received under the agreement.
