Effective dispute resolution
Mediation is a technology of alternative (out-of-court) settlement of disputes with the participation of a special mediator - a mediator, a neutral, impartial party not interested in a given conflict, who helps the parties to work out an agreement on the dispute, while the parties themselves fully control the decision-making process on the settlement of the dispute and the terms of it permissions.
Since 2020, in Russia, a mediation agreement with notarization has received the force of an executive document. If one party does not fulfill its obligations, the other can go directly to the bank where the counterparty's current account is located, without going to court and obtaining a writ of execution.

SPEED:
Even not the most complicated litigation in Russia can take more than one year today, mediation makes it possible to develop and consolidate a decision much faster.
SITUATION CONTROL:
The Russian judicial system is characterized by uncertainty, it is often impossible to predict when and what kind of decision will be made, therefore, often the dispute is too important to be left to the mercy of judges.
AVOIDING PUBLICITY:
Unlike an amicable agreement published by a court, mediation allows keeping secret the details of cooperation and agreements between the parties.
FLEXIBILITY:
In mediation, it is possible to develop and consolidate a solution that is outside the scope of the dispute itself, a solution that cannot be put into a court decision or an amicable agreement approved by the court.

In court, the parties are engaged in the formal legal interpretation of the past, in mediation, it is always primarily about the future, which allows you to break the deadlock and, often, start a new cooperation.
